The history of UR Faculty of Law
The history of the UR Faculty of Law began with the establishment
of a branch of the Maria Skłodowska-Curie University in Rzeszów
on 18th April 1969 by Regulation of the Ministry of Education and
Higher Schools. Then the Vocational Administration Study Centre
was set up and since 1972 extramural Master' studies. Daily Master
studies of law were started in 1980. The Faculty of Law has been
at the University of Rzeszów since 1st September 2001. By a decision
of the State Accreditation Board the Faculty of Law obtained a positive
overall result.

of 19th May 2005 on the "Assessment of the quality of Education
at Master's level", the Faculty of Law received a positive
